REGISTRATION

The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify LBF Line immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account. Although LBF Line will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for LBF Line losses or others due to such unauthorized use.

LBF Line sells must-have luxury limited edition ready to wear cocktail and red carpet dresses made exclusively for women with fashion taste that is second to none.

HOW TO SHOP

1. Start shopping by browsing through our ready to wear cocktail and red carpet dresses displayed in the Store.

2. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and click on the ADD TO SHOPPING CART button underneath each item.

3. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the SHOPPING CART link at the top of the page. You can use the REMOVE FROM CART link to delete items from your shopping CART.

4. Click on PROCEED TO PURCHASE to complete your order.

MADE-TO-ORDER DRESSES

We have provision for Made-To-Order Dresses, whether a standard or custom size, that are crafted by our highly skilled tailors just for you once you place your order.

SIZING

A perfect-fitting red carpet dress starts with perfect measurements. Before ordering a Made-To-Order Dress from LBF Line, we strongly encourage finding a professional local tailor who can help you measure accurately.

SIZE & DESIGN CHANGE

Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the size or the deign because our dress makers immediately begin selecting materials in the color you requested for the design and cutting fabric based on your measurements.

TAILORING TIME

Please allow for 4-8 weeks tailoring time for all of our Made-To-Order dresses. Handcrafting each dress to order allows us to ensure that each dress we create meets our stringent and top quality standards. The time-consuming part of creating your dress is also what makes it so exquisite.

PAYMENT & WEBSITE SECURITY

To help ensure that your shopping experience is simple, safe and secure LBF Line uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with ‘https:’ instead of the normal ‘http:’. This means that you are in secure mode.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro credit and debit cards. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.

FASTER SHOPPING

LBF Line also provides the option for you to safely store your credit card details, making it quicker and simpler to shop with us. Your full card details will never be displayed, except for the last 4 digits so that you know which of your cards you are using. You can delete your card details by unchecking the box “remember my payment details” on the payment page.

Please note that you will need to re-enter card details if you change or add a new address. This means that if someone guesses your password and tries to place an order using your account, they will be unable to do so to any address other than those you have already saved. We hope you understand that this is a valuable precaution designed to protect your personal information.

INSURANCE

LBF Line insures your good during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

SHIPPING

We ship to the following destinations through major international shipping companies like DHL and UPS: Europe, North America, Asia and Africa.

The Shipping option we provide is Standard (5 days but could be longer depending on the location, after your order has been accepted) and the delivery time is between 9AM – 6PM Monday to Friday. However, we can provide Express delivery service on request.

Please note that all LBF Line dresses are shipped as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) to all destinations. Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we will advice that you cross check with the affiliate courier company in your country prior to dispatching your DDU order.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you

2. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum

3. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

We offer two methods of shipment for orders dispatched via courier service.

..You can choose to sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. This option is best for customers who prefer the security of a signed delivery. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the courier company will leave a re-delivery slip at your door.

.. Alternatively, you may prefer to waive the signature requirement and the Courier company will leave your shipment outside of the premises for your convenience. Please note, orders containing items of high value may still require a signature, even if you did not select to sign for your order on arrival. We realize this may be inconvenient but we would like to ensure that your purchases arrive securely.

When placing an order, the signature requirement is set by default; however, you can update your preference on the shipping page before proceeding to purchase. Please note, that if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

RETURN POLICY

Making a return or exchange is easy. Products with quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by using the contact details on the website within 7 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all LBF Line designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees incurred.

Please send all items you wish to return in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN SERVICE

We recommend that items are returned from the same country to which they were delivered. This ensures that your return reaches us promptly. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.

LATE RETURNS

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 7 days after delivery to you. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of LBF Line and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or your LBF Line Account. Please note card refunds may take up to 14 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this..
